Rumours suggest that scriptwriter and actor Amol approached Aamir for a movie. It was a topic close to Amol’s heart which he felt only Aamir could do justice to. Our source said, “Amol met Aamir in recent times and the two even had detailed debate on the topic as the actor heard Amol out patiently.
“Apparently, the subject dealt with children and issues concerning them. Aamir felt the plot was very similar to what they had done in first film. Though Aamir has great regard for Amol as a story teller, the actor felt that he would be getting repetitive in the movie so he politely turned him down,” said our source

After playing a milkman, Aamir Khan will be seen as a barber and a shopkeeper in new TV ads. Aamir, who is the brand ambassador of TataSky, plays a barber and a shopkeeper in two various tv ads of the DTH service.In both the advertisements, the consumer walks in asking for a special haircut or a white shirt, while he is forced to take some thing totally various.The scenario shown in the movies draws a parallel between the DTH companies and the barber and the shopkeeper and has been disclosed through the use of humour and satire.
Conceptualised by Ogilvy and Mather, the central theme of the advertisements revolves around TruChoice Packages being offered by Tata Sky.Television audiences – whether cable or DTH – do not have the true choice of selecting only those channels that they wish to watch.In the process, they end up paying for a host of channels they don’t watch or like. These packages provide the customer the choice of watching only those channels he/she likes to watch

Camps in Bollywood are common place. Salman’s friends are not close to Shah Rukh Khan and vice versa. Any attempt by any member of such a camp to appease the rival celebrity is seen as a turncoat. TOI has learnt of one such improvement that is raising eyebrows in tinseltown. Kunal Kohli is known to be an Aamir supporter and not mostly close to SRK. In fact, we know that the filmmaker hasn’t even met SRKin a couple of years. But rapidly, his upcoming film Break Ke Baad, is looking like an unofficial tribute to SRK.
Imran is not only mouthing dialogues and matching dance steps that we have seen SRK do and glide into the hearts of billions but Deepika is also trying to be like SRK in the film. She even has a dialogue in which she declares that she is like SRK. Curious, we called on Kunal to find out if he has switched sides. He says, “I know people are saying this because I’m Aamir’s friend. The film is about two people who grew up in the times of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dil Toh Pagal Hai and some of the memorable romances that SRK has given to the audiences.
The characters are inspired by his movies. The film is a tribute to SRK no doubt, but I hope that people are not reading too much between the lines. I am not trying to do a movie with SRK as of now. If the industry is gossiping that I’m trying to win SRK to my side with this movie, I haven’t met him in a long time now
